Susan Abramowich, Esq. Staff Attorney Carla Abrasheff Child Advocacy Specialist Carla joined the South team as a Child Advocacy
Specialist. Carla comes to KidsVoice with over fifteen years of experience.She started her career as a counselor
for The Whales Tale, as a CYF Caseworker, an In-Home Worker for Auberle and then spent seven years as an
Administrative Case Manager (for children and adolescents receiving mental health services) at Mercy Behavioral
Health. At Mercy Behavioral Health, she was also part of the Disaster Response Committee. Carla is currently part
of the Safety Committee at KidsVoice. Carla received her undergraduate degree in psychology from
Point Park College, and completed a Certificate Program at the Institute for Law and Forensic
Science at Duquesne University. She is currently in the process of completing a Masters Degree in Professional
Counseling at Carlow University. Carla also received the Achieva
Excellence in Advocacy Award for 2008 Jill Beck, Esq. Staff Attorney Sean Brennan Senior Software Developer Sean returns to KidsVoice as a Software
Programmer. Sean received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Grove City College in 1992. He has many years of
experience developing software and network administration for both for profit and non-profit organizations. Sean worked for
KidsVoice from 2002- 2005 as our Information Technology Administrator. Sean left KidsVoice to work for Allin consulting group,
but continued to consult with KidsVoice and was instrumental in the development of our software program for the direct client service database.Sharon Broker Child Advocacy Specialist Sharon joins KidsVoice as a Child Advocacy Specialist with
the Special Assignments Team. Sharon has a Bachelors Degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology with a concentration
in Criminal Justice from Duquesne University. She has several years of experience working at
Holy Family Institute as a Child Care Specialist and most recently as a Treatment Coordinator at Presley Ridge.Darryl Brown Financial Manager Darryl Brown is the Financial, Benefits and Informational Technology Manager for KidsVoice.
He obtained his bachelors degree from Grove City College. His entire career has been dedicated to nonprofit youth organizations
where he has obtained over twenty years of experience in Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities and
Administration. Previous work experience includes Assistant Director of Butler, Armstrong and Indiana County Private Industry
Council, Director of Administration for The Whale's Tale and Human Resources/Facilities Director for FamilyLinks.Jonathan Budd, Esq. Associate Executive Director Jonathan Budd is the Associate Executive Director of KidsVoice. Jonathan has extensive
experience in juvenile programming, nonprofit administration and human resources. He worked as a counselor for delinquent youth
in a residential setting and in the community. Jonathan was later selected as a Presidential Management Intern and joined the
United States Department of Justice where he helped develop and evaluate innovative delinquency prevention and intervention
programs for the National Institute of Justice and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. In Pittsburgh,
Jonathan worked as Assistant Director of Jewish Family & Children's Service where he was instrumental in developing an adoption
program and a program to serve families with special needs children. Jonathan also was a Labor and Employment Attorney for Reed Smith.
Jonathan holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, an M.A. in Public Affairs from the Humphrey Institute at
the University of Minnesota where he was awarded the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in Public Affairs, and a J.D., summa cum laude,
from the University of Pittsburgh.Brittany Chmill Support Staff for Central Regional Team Brittany joins the Central Regional Team as a Regional
Support Person.� Brittany had been working on a temporary to permanent basis since October of 2006. Prior to
KidsVoice she worked for a large non-profit providing administrative and receptionist support to their operation.Jamie Cohn Child Advocacy Specialist Jamie joins the Mon Valley Team as a Child Advocacy Specialist. Jamie spent six
months working as a Child Advocacy Specialist Intern for KidsVoice. She worked with the North Regional Team Attorney's with a
caseload of 30 clients. Jamie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Arts in Applied Development Psychology.
Jamie is currently attending Chatham College's Master program for Counseling Psychology.Benjamin Cook Child Advocacy Specialist Ben joins the Central Team as a Child Advocacy Specialist, bringing many
years of direct care and programming experience to KidsVoice. He has a collaborative background in MH/MR and has worked at
Pressley Ridge in special education, wraparound, and most recently as a Treatment Supervisor in the Home Places MH/MR Residential
Program. Ben is skilled in ASL(American Sign Language) and is a Cornell University-Certified Therapeutic crisis Intervention Trainer.
He is a Co-Director of the Youth Services Program at the Gay & Lesbian Community Center, where he trains adult volunteers and
facilitates the Youth Group. Ben received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and will soon complete his M.S. in Applied
Developmental Psychology, also at Pitt.Phyllis Cox Receptionist Phyllis joins KidsVoice as our Receptionist. Phyllis has been in a temporary to permanent
position with KidsVoice since July 2007. Phyllis received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from
Sullivan University in Lexington Kentucky in 2002. She has many years of experience working as a paralegal and legal assistant for a
Kentucky law office.Leah Cullen, Esq. Supervisor/Conciliation Coordinator Ms. Cullen is a
graduate of Emory University and earned her law degree from the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Ms. Cullen was hired as a
full time certified legal intern and was formally hired as a staff attorney at
KidsVoice after graduation. In October 2005, Ms. Cullen was promoted
to the position of Legal Resource Coordinator, and in February 2009, was
promoted to position of Supervisor and Conciliation Coordinator. In addition to
supervising the North and Central regional teams, Ms. Cullen is responsible for
coordinating the conciliation process for post-secondary education bound
clients with Allegheny County CYF and Department of Human Services. Ms.
Cullen is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny
County Bar Association. She is a member of the ACBA Juvenile Law
Committee, where she has served on and co-chaired the Continuing Legal
Education Subcommittee, Opinions Subcommittee and Community Service
Subcommittee. Ms. Cullen has spoken at a number of local, state and national
conferences on various areas of juvenile law, including the 2008 U.S.
Department of Human Services Pathways to Adulthood National Independent
Living/Transitional Living Conference and the 2009 Children’s Hospital Hope and
Healing Conference. Ms. Cullen also serves on the Allegheny County Family
Finding Task Force, the Allegheny County Family Group Decision
Making Task Force, and on the United States Attorney's Office
Western District of Pennsylvania Crimes Against Children Task Force. In 2009,
Ms. Cullen was selected to be a member of the ACBA Inaugural Young
Fellows.Armenia Curry Support Staff for South Regional Team Jeff Dieterle Child Advocacy Specialist Stephen Dittmer, Esq. Supervisor/Technology Coordinator Steve is a graduate of Penn State University and Duquesne University School
of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Steve has been with
KidsVoice since 2001, currently serving as a Supervisor and Technology Coordinator. From 2001 – 2006, Steve was a staff attorney
handling over 250 cases per year as well as serving as Technology Coordinator
where Steve helped design and implement K.I.D.S., a client based case management
system.Pamela Spence Enck, Esq. Staff Attorney Pamela has been a practicing attorney for more than ten years. She worked in the Ohio County Prosecutor?s
Office in West Virginia, where she handled child abuse prosecutions, delinquency cases, and abuse and neglect proceedings Pamela also
has been a municipal court judge in Bethany, West Virginia and has worked in private practice handling divorce and custody proceedings
and medical malpractice and personal injury cases. In addition to her J.D., she has a Masters in Public Administration.Char Fallen Support Staff for North Regional Team Cheryl Gorski, Esq. Staff Attorney Before starting at KidsVoice in February 2002, Cheryl Gorski had a general private practice.
Ms. Gorski received her B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University, Phi Beta Kappa, in Political Science. She earned her Jurius
Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She was a Navy JAGG after law school where she was awarded the Navy
Achievement Medal for Prosecutorial Merit. Ms. Gorski has been active in her community, church, and her children's school by serving
as a Girl Scout leader for six years, PTA President, President of the Community Newcomers Club in Morgantown, President of the Mon
County Parents Association and many other school committees.Hope Guy Staff Attorney Hope joins KidsVoice as a Staff Attorney for the Mon Valley Team. She received her Bachelor
of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Hope previously
worked as a Law Clerk for Gilardi, Cooper & Lomupo and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Prior
to joining KidsVoice, Hope was an Associate Attorney with Roberts, Miceli & Boileau in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Hope is also
an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division as well as Big Brother/Big Sister Advisory Board Member.Rebecca Heaton Hall, Esq. Staff Attorney Nancy Hennon Child Advocacy Specialist Nancy joins KidsVoice as a Child Advocacy Specialist for the East Regional Team. She
received her Masters Degree from Carlow University in 2004 and a Bachelors Degree in Family Studies from Pennsylvania State
University in 1981. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in the human services field as a Mental Health Specialist and most
recently as a Clinical Coordinator at The Bradley Center.Kristen Hunsicker, Esq. Staff Attorney Kristen joined KidsVoice in August 2007 as a Staff Attorney for the Mon Valley Regional Team. She
received her Juris Doctorate from the University if Denver College of Law in 1999. Kristen is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania,
New York and Colorado. She has several years of Child welfare experience working as an Assistant County Attorney in the Columbia
County Attorney's Office in Hudson New York. She also worked for the Columbia County Department of Social Services. Prior to that,
she was a Special Prosecutor for the Arvada City Attorney's Office in Arvada Colorado.Joanna Johnson Lead Support Staff for Mon-Valley Regional Team Sara Johnson, Esq. Staff Attorney Sara joins KidsVoice as a Staff Attorney for the North Regional Team. She received her Juris Doctor
from Duquesne University School of Law in 2003 and her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Westminster College in 2000. Sara
started out her legal career interning for KidsVoice in 2001. Since then, she has worked as an associate for several law firms in
Pittsburgh. Most recently, she was a Solo Practioner focusing on family law matters.Rhonda Jones Fitch Child Advocacy Specialist Rhonda Jones Fitch comes to Kid's Voice with over 12 years of experience in the
social service field. Ms. Fitch began her career working as a counselor at Stormbreak Runaway and Youth Shelter in Centre County.
She also worked at the Centre County Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program and Independent Living Program. Upon graduation from The
Pennsylvania State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Ms. Fitch was employed by Alternative
Program Associates and later The Pressley Ridge Schools, PRYDE Program working in the treatment foster care program. It was out of
the PRYDE Program that Pressley Ridge Schools collaborated with various parties and developed the Power Bolt Rites of Passage
Program. Ms. Fitch was promoted to Program Coordinator of the female component of Power Bolt's Rites of Passage Program. During her
time at Pressley Ridge, Ms. Fitch completed the intensive training coursework toward receiving a Certificate in Drug and Alcohol
Counseling (CAC) and became a Certified CPR and First Aid Trainer for the Red Cross. After working in these programs for a combined
total of eight years, Ms. Fitch became employed with Neighborhood Centers Association, In-Home Service Program as a Senior Case
Manager, where she was instrumental in partnering with Kid's Voice to advocate for the best interest of the child. It was this
special partnering with Kid's Voice that interested Ms. Fitch in becoming a member of our team. Karen Koskoff, E. Staff Attorney Karen joins KidsVoice as a Staff Attorney for the Special Assignments Team. Karen received
her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Psychology and Counseling from Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont.
She received her J.D. from Antioch School of Law in Washington, DC. Karen started her law career as a Criminal Defense Attorney
in DC. She was a Partner at Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder in Conneticut before becoming an executive director of a residential and
outpatient substance abuse program for homeless individuals in New Hampshire. Most recently, Karen has been in private practice
as a counselor specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder and childhood sexual trauma. Nicole Lee Special Assignments/Legal Document Support Staff Nicole joined KidsVoice in July 2008
as our Special Assignments/Legal Document Support Person. Nicole was in a temporary to permanent
position with KidsVoice since April 2008. Nicole received her Associates Degree from ICM School of Business.
Nicole has several years of administrative experience as a legal secretary and
personal assistant.Robert Lykos, Esq. Staff Attorney Robert joined KidsVoice in June 2006 as a summer legal intern. He completed his internship with us
and worked on a temporary basis from August thru October as a Staff Attorney for the North Regional Team. He was hired as a permanent
Staff Attorney in October 2006. Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Rhodes College and his Juris Doctorate
from the University of Denver College of Law. Robert has held several legal internships in the states of Colorado and Connecticut.
Prior to joining KidsVoice, Robert spent a year with the Pittsburgh firm Cohen & Grisby.Jennifer Martin Child Advocacy Specialist Jennifer Martin joins KidsVoice as a CAS on the Central team. Jenny brings
a combination of experiences in both the legal and human services arena. Following over 12 years (as legal assistant) in small
to large firms in Pittsburgh, Virginia and California, Jenny received her Bachelors Degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology
at Rider University in NJ. She has, since then, worked as a manager/teacher of a group home for autistic children (in a private,
non-profit in NJ) and as a special education teacher at a public school in San Francisco. She has certifications in teaching and
special education (NJ, CA, PA-pending). Jennifer volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics and Read America.Jennifer McGarrity, Esq. Staff Attorney/Legal Training Coordinator Jennifer is a staff attorney on the Special
Assignments Team and the Legal Training Coordinator at KidsVoice. As a staff attorney, Jennifer represents children
in dependency proceedings, termination of parental rights cases and juvenile expungement matters. She is engaged in both trial and
appellate practice, with her appellate caseload consisting primarily of termination of parental rights cases. As Legal Training
Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for planning and conducting monthly attorneys’ meetings, interviewing and selecting legal
interns, and planning and conducting new hire and legal intern training. In addition, Jennifer plans and coordinates the activities
of the KidsVoice Legislative Advocacy Committee and is a member of the KidsVoice Independent Living
Committee. Jennifer is also a member the following outside organizations and committees: Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA); PBA
Children’s Rights Committee; Legislative Action Subcommittee of the Children’s Rights Committee; Allegheny County Bar Association
(ACBA); ACBA Juvenile Law Committee; and Opinions Subcommittee of the Juvenile Law Committee. In addition, Jennifer is a faculty
member of the Judicial Education Department of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Jennifer previously served as
a staff attorney for the Texas Legislative Council, a government agency that provides legal services to members of the Texas
Legislature. Jennifer received her B.S. from Duquesne University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. She was
also a visiting student at the University of Texas School of Law. Jennifer is admitted to practice in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of TexasAda Maria Mezzich Child Advocacy Specialist Ada Maria joined KidsVoice in May 2002 as a Child Advocacy Specialist and working
on the Summer Visitation project. Ms. Mezzich has experience working on violence-prevention and social justice. She received her
masters degree in Social Work and a second masters in Public and International Affairs. Her background includes positions at Family
Resources(Pittsburgh,PA) as a Crisis Intervention Specialist counseling families of abuse and neglect, the American Red
Cross( Philadelphia,PA) as a Mental Health Disaster Program Coordinator responding to the needs of natural disaster victims,
doing military casework, Holocaust family tracing, and Red Cross messaging in war torn countries, the United Nations, Economic and
Social Affairs Department (NY), working on conflict prevention, and Peacelinks(Pittsburgh,PA) working on nuclear weapons disarmament.Deborah Milliones Support Staff for East Regional Team Deborah joins the East Regional Team as a Regional Support Person. Deborah
had been working in a temporary to permanent position with us since September of 2007. Deborah has years of administrative experience
as a clerk typist for the City of Pittsburgh Traffic Court and City Police Auto Pound and in several different administrative temporary
positions.Cynthia B. Moore, Esq. Staff Attorney Nate Morley Child Advocacy Specialist/CAS Staff Development Coordinator Nate comes to KidsVoice after several years at Family Links. He was a Youth and Family
Specialist. He also provided crisis intervention for youth and adults and became a Program Manager managing staff in a residential
program for MH/MR children and adolescents. Nate has also interned with the Allegheny County Juvenile Court working with youth through
the Community Intensive Supervision Program as well as the School Based Probation Program. Nate earned his Bachlor of Arts degree in
Sociology at Loyola University, New Orleons in 2000, before coming to Pittsburgh and achieving his MSW at the University of Pittsburgh
in 2003. Jason Moss Information Technology Admnistrator Jason joins KidsVoice as Information Technology Administrator. He comes to
KidsVoice with more than 10 years experience programming, help desk technical support, network administartion and hardware/software
maintenance. Jason has been consulting with KidsVoice for almost a year and previously worked for an Internet Service Provider. In
addition, he has spent 4 years in the Navy in Information Systems Technology.Mark Naylor Product Manager Mark joins KidsVoice in January 2008 as a Product Manager for KidsVoice. Mark will be responsible
for managing all aspects of the software development and multi-disciplinary consulting projects undertaken by KidsVoice. Mark has a
double major in mathematics and computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark is senior software professional with
extensive experience in software product marketing and product development.Judith E. Patterson, Esq. Senior Staff Attorney Judith Patterson has been practicing law for 20 years, 18 of those years as a Child Advocate
at KidsVoice, formerly Legal Aid for Children. Ms. Patterson received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh, class of
1982. In law school, she was awarded the 1982 International Student Bar Association Client Counseling Competition. Her duties at
KidsVoice included in the past training new personnel and law students through lectures, field trips, on the job supervision,
interviewing, and hiring and practical supervision in the Court. Ms. Patterson has lectured to a variety of organizations, such as
PA Judges Conference and the Juvenile Court Judges Conference, CLE training in conjuction with Neighborhood Legal Services in 2000,
and in-service training for many of the group home and institutional placements in the Juvenile Court system. Before becoming a Child
Advocate, Ms. Patterson worked as a paralegal for Neighborhood Legal Services, in a general family law private practice, was a
secondary teacher as well as a Head Start and Follow Through teacher for Kindergarten and First grade. Ms. Patterson has also served
on a numerous boards and been involved with a variety of community activities. Most notbably, she served as the Session of her chuch
and the president of a local club of Allegheny Mountain Swimming, a member of the organization's board and the head of the first
Judicial Committee for the organization.Renee Peiffer Administrative Office Manager Renee previously was a Closing Coordinator for Pioneer Land Settlement and worked
with National City Bank as Supervisor for the Abstract Department from 1998-2003. She brings extensive office background with
financial and administrative experience.Ronald Phillips Child Advocacy Specialist Ronald joins the South Regional Team as a Child Advocacy Specialist. Ronald has a Bachelor
of Science in Elementary Education from Clarion State College and has worked for the last 15 years for Western Psychiatric Institute &
Clinic. He started with Western Psychiatric Institute as a Milieu Therapist working in the Children & Adolescent units.
He spent several years as an Intensive Case Manager and most recently as a Resource Coordination Program Team Supervisot. Ronald is a
basketball coach for the junior varsity team at South Park High School.Tiffany Russell Child Advocacy Specialist Sue Schmidt Full Charge Bookkeeper Sue has over twenty years of accounting experience, most recently as the Controller and
Financial Analyst with FamilyLinks, Inc. Previously she was the Senior Bookkeeper and Accounting Manager at The Whale's Tale for
nearly 20 years. Susan attended the ICM School of Business and is currently enrolled with the Western Institute Distance Learning
program.Janet Scholl, Esq. Staff Attorney Jan Scholl joined KidsVoice as a staff attorney in July 2003. Previously, Jan was an Assistant
District Attorney with the Allegheny County District Attorney's office. She has also served as law clerk for the Honorable President
Judge Kate Ford Elliott of the Superior Court of PA and the Honorable Marilyn Horan of the Court of Common Pleas in Butler County, PA.
Jan began her law career with the law firm of Weisel, Xides and Foerster after graduating from Duquesne Law School in 1993.Bethany Schumacher Child Advocacy Specialist/Human Services Training Coordinator Valerie Schwab, Esq. Staff Attorney Valerie joins KidsVoice as a Staff Attorney for the South Regional Team. She received her Juris
Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin from Duquesne University.
Valerie has several years of experience as an associate for several different firms in Uniontown, PA. She has experience in family
law and as a court appointed guardian ad litem for the interests of the child in parental rights termination proceedings.Christine Serra Legal Secretary Christine joined KidsVoice as a full time Legal Secretary after temping in the position from
February to May 2007. Christine received her paralegal certificate from Duquesne University - Paralegal Institute in 2006. She has
several years of experience as both a Legal Secretary and a Paralegal working for Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C.Rebecca Shafer Child Advocacy Specialist Rebecca obtained her Bachelor Of Arts degree in Psychology from Edinboro University in
December of 1996. She began her experience as a Child Care Specialist with Southwood Psychiatric Hospital, counseling children and
adolescents in crisis situations for three and a half years. She then worked at an orthodontist office, where her duties included
contacting schools and facilitating dental hygiene programs for kindergarten children. Since 2000, Rebecca also worked for Intercare
in their Challenge by Choice program as a Therapeutic Activities Specialist, facilitating and developing activities for youth and
adults. She will be on the Mon Valley team. Prudence Sloan Human Resource & Administrative Coordinator Prudence Joined KidsVoice in 2001 and has held several positions
at the agency, which have all evolved into her current one as Human Resource & Administrative Coordinator. She is responsible for
human resource management at KidsVoice, including staff recruiting, orientation for new hires, maintaining office policies and
procedures and benefit administration. Prudence developed her administrative and management skills in her previous positions in the
offices of Dick's Sporting Goods and Kaufmann's. Prudence received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification in January of 2009.
Jennifer Staley, Esq. Supervisor/Program and Policy Coordinator Ms. Staley graduated from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Staley
worked at The Whale’s Tale Millvale shelter for over four years as a teacher/counselor and senior teacher/counselor for at risk adolescent boys. In
1997, she was awarded the Staff of the Year and Directors Award for Excellence.
Ms. Staley obtained her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. While a law student, she was a member and Co-Chair of the Public Interest Law
Association. Ms. Staley was awarded the Allegheny County Bar Association Pro Bono law student of the year in 2000 and the Kirkpatrick and Lockhart
Public Interest Law fellowship in 2001. Ms. Staley was a CASA volunteer from 1999-2006 and was awarded the Volunteer of the Year award in 2000.
In September 2000, Ms. Staley joined KidsVoice and has remained on staff and is currently a Team Supervisor and Program and Policy Coordinator. Ms.
Staley has spoken to community leaders and at various local and national conferences about issues relating to children especially those issues that
face children as they leave the foster care system. Ms. Staley is co-author of Helping Clients Transition to Independent Living, Family Court Review.
Ms. Staley was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2008.
In addition to her membership in several children’s issues organizations, including the National Association of Counsel for Children and the
Pennsylvania Bar Association Children’s Rights Committee, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Legislative Sub Committee. Ms. Staley is a member of
the ACBA Juvenile Law Committee, where she serves as Chair of the CLE Planning Subcommittee. Ms. Staley serves on the Duquesne University Law School
Alumni Association Board of Governors. Ms. Staley serves on the Board of Directors of CORO. Ms. Staley also serves on the Associate Board of Gilda’s
Club of Western Pennsylvania. Most recently Ms. Staley was nominated to the inaugural class of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation Young Lawyers
Fellows Class of 2009.Shetal Sutaria, Esq. Staff Attorney Shetal joins KidsVoice as a Staff
Attorney for the East Regional Team. She received her Juris Doctor from City University of New York Law School and a
Masters Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from American University in Washington D.C. Shetal is licensed to
practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Shetal has several years of experience as an

practice in Greene County, Pennsylvania where she represented children in abuse and neglect cases for nearly thirteen years. Her
practice also included divorce and custody cases. She also was a Assistant District Attorney and has served as a master in family law
proceedings in Greene County. She is the former President of the Greene County Bar Association and for the past eight years has
published the Greene County Legal Journal. Marie was a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors, where she was
elected as the Women's Governor at large and subsequently was elected Secretary of the PBA, a position she held until May of 2001. She
is respected among child advocates across Pennsylvania and is a frequent presenter at statewide child advocacy

in Community and Agency Counseling and a BS in Secondary Education from California University of PA. She has over 13 years of
experience in juvenile and adult criminal justice with extensive court experience. Prior to this position Jerri was a Mobile Therapist
and Behavioral Specialist Consultant for Family Links and was also a program supervisor for The Program for Female Offenders.
